Born in Stockholm in 1957. The early years were spent in Tornedalen with endless forests and magnificent nature just outside the doorstep. Here in Hakkasbyn north of the Arctic Circle, started my interest in nature and resulted in several scientific studies and ended with a BSc in Forest Management 1997.

I live in Varberg, Halland. Just outside one of the country's finest bird sanctuaries, Getterön nature reserves.
After much trouble with taking pictures with a small digital camera attached to the eyepiece of a telescope Digiscoping I moved on to digital SLR 2006. A whole new world opened up and today birdphotography is a lifestyle.

My ambition is to create bird images in which nature/environment is a key element!

For me, / f is a source of inspiration and a forum for further development!
